Okay so Whats next...
Our Call centre agent will contact you to confirm your address for collection and once scheduled our Courier Agent will give you a call to arrange a suitable time to collect.
Upon receipt of your damaged device, it immediately goes to one of our qualified technician, they will perform a complete inspection and will confirm all the nitty gritty.
If your phone/tablet is under manufacturer warranty, it will berepaired with no charge, and only a courier fee/admin free of R240 will apply (warranty does not cover transit costs). Your phone/tablet will be sent back to you via our courier agent, and delivered to your door.
On completion of your repair, your device will be fully tested in our Quality Control Audit station to ensure the quality of your repair meets the highest standards to assure our 12 month warranty.
Once completed one of our agents will call you to confirm completion of your smartphone repair and they will forward you the invoice for processing.
Once the invoice has been processed your baby is on its way home, our Courier Agent receives the notification to collect your parcel and we send you the tracking details via email to confirm receipt from couriers, our agents will stay at the helm and will track and trace your phone until its delivered in your hands and you are a happy chappi.
Given our decade of experience, and being an authorised repair centre, we can back the quality of our work with a 1-year warranty (against defect) on all parts used in the repair.
Our Service is between a 48-72hrs Turn around time including Transit time, depending on spares availability and the region that we are collecting from (small dorpies in the middle of no-where have longer transit times).
